Leavoda Inc. (“Leavoda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides field service management software that helps businesses schedule work, manage clients, quote and invoice, collect payments, and coordinate field teams (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information about identifiable individuals (“Personal Information”) when you use:
By using the Websites, Apps, or Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Websites, Apps, or Service.
The Service is primarily provided to business customers that register an account with us (“Account Owners,” often the company director). Account Owners may invite employees, contractors, and other authorized users (“Team Members”) and may enter information about their own customers (“End Users” / clients).
Account Owner responsibility. Information that Account Owners and Team Members enter about End Users (for example, client names, addresses, phone numbers, job notes, invoices, and photos) is made available to that Account Owner and its authorized users according to the Account Owner’s own practices. In those cases, Leavoda generally acts as a service provider / processor on behalf of the Account Owner. End Users with privacy questions about data held in a company’s Leavoda account should contact that company first.
Account Owners are responsible for obtaining any consents and providing any notices required by law before uploading End User Personal Information into the Service.
This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control, even if linked from the Service.
The Websites, Apps, and Service are intended for business use by adults. You must be the age of majority in your place of residence to use them. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). If you believe a child has provided us Personal Information, contact us at support@leavoda.com and we will take steps to delete it.
Depending on how you interact with Leavoda, we may collect the following categories of information.
When you register or are invited to an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, password or authentication credentials, and related business contact details.
Account Owners and Team Members may create or upload content in the Service, including clients and leads, schedules, jobs and visits, quotes, invoices, payments and tips, notes, checklists, expenses, timesheets, chat or team messages, photos, documents, and similar operational data. That content may include Personal Information about Team Members and End Users.
If you subscribe to Leavoda or use Leavoda Payments / card collection features, we and our payment partners may process billing details, subscription status, transaction amounts, and related payment metadata. Card data for payments is typically processed by our payment processor (for example, Stripe) and is subject to that processor’s privacy policy. Leavoda does not store full payment card numbers on our servers when processing is handled by Stripe.
When you use the Leavoda TM App on iOS or Android, we may collect or access the following, depending on permissions you grant and features your company enables:
You can revoke many device permissions in your phone settings. Doing so may limit App features (for example, you may not be able to take photos or use a card reader).
Our servers and analytics tools may automatically record IP address, browser type, pages or screens viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
If you contact support or otherwise communicate with us, we may keep records of those communications (including email and form submissions to support@leavoda.com).
If you connect third-party services (for example Google, OpenPhone, Stripe, or other integrations), we may receive information from those providers as authorized by you, subject to their terms and privacy policies. See also Section 9 (Google user data).
On the Websites, we may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, analytics, and (where permitted) marketing. See Section 8.
